Connecting Your Own Website & AI Agents
Your Stayantra Marketplace listing is a free, ready-made booking page. But some hotels also want live rates on their own domain, and increasingly, bookings arrive from an AI assistant acting on a guest's behalf rather than a browser. This page covers both.
1. Website API — Bring Your Own Website
If your hotel already has its own website, you don't have to choose between it and Stayantra. The Website API lets your existing site show live availability and rates pulled straight from your Stayantra inventory, and take bookings directly on your own domain.
- One API key. Your web developer (or agency) requests a key from your dashboard and wires it into your site.
- Live inventory, no double entry. Rates, room types, and availability always match what's in Stayantra — update a price once, it shows everywhere.
- Exubee chatbot widget. An embeddable chat widget puts the same AI assistant that powers your dashboard on your website, answering guest questions and taking bookings right there.
- Direct bookings, zero OTA commission. A booking made through your own site is exactly as commission-free as one through your Marketplace listing.

2. Stayantra Go MCP — Agent-Bookable by Default
AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, and autonomous booking agents acting on a traveler's behalf, are starting to book travel directly instead of a person clicking through a website. The Stayantra Go MCP is what lets them find and book your hotel this way.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is simply a language AI assistants can speak to discover what a business offers and act on it. Once an assistant is connected to your hotel through this protocol, it can check availability, compare room types, and complete a booking — the same booking surface guests use in the Stayantra Go app.
- Same guarantees as any other Stayantra booking. Zero OTA commission, and the guest (or their assistant) is shown your terms before any payment is handed off — nothing is booked silently.
- On by default. Every hotel is agent-bookable automatically. There is nothing to turn on and nothing to configure.
[!TIP] This is already callable by AI assistants today. Listing in the OpenAI App Directory (so ChatGPT surfaces your hotel by name) is still pending — being agent-bookable doesn't depend on that listing.
3. Connect MCP — How Exubee Runs Your Hotel
There's also an internal counterpart to the Go MCP: Connect MCP. This is the interface Exubee itself uses to operate your hotel day-to-day — with the same read and write access as your dashboard — and it's what powers every Co-Pilot recommendation and Auto-Pilot action.
