The Core Concept: Co-Pilot vs. Auto-Pilot
- Co-Pilot Mode (Default): Exubee does the heavy lifting—like analyzing demand or drafting responses—but you are in control. Exubee presents a recommendation card on your dashboard. Nothing happens until you click Approve, Edit, or Reject.
- Auto-Pilot Mode: Once a task has a proven track record (at least 90% approval agreement sustained over 100+ real decisions across 60+ days, with zero guardrail breaches), the Owner can graduate that task to Auto-Pilot. Exubee then executes it automatically and logs every action. A single guardrail breach immediately demotes a stream back to Co-Pilot.
[!NOTE] Every Exubee action is logged in an append-only ledger and can be reviewed at any time. Each hotel also gets a monthly Autonomy Report Card showing decisions made, approval/edit/reject rates, measured revenue lift, and guardrail breaches per AI stream — see Co-Pilot Approvals for details.
