The Core Concept: Co-Pilot vs. Auto-Pilot
- Co-Pilot Mode (Default): The AI does the heavy lifting—like analyzing demand or drafting responses—but you are in control. The AI will present a recommendation card on your dashboard. Nothing happens until you click Approve, Edit, or Reject.
- Auto-Pilot Mode: Once the AI has a proven track record (e.g., 90% approval rate over a sustained period with zero policy breaches), you can graduate specific tasks to Auto-Pilot. The AI will execute these tasks automatically and log its actions.
[!NOTE] All AI actions are logged in an append-only ledger and can be reviewed or reversed at any time.
