StaYantra helps automate daily hotel operations—from managing housekeeping checklists to optimizing procurement budgets and responding to customer reviews.

1. Staff Roster & Task Dispatch

  • Roster Calendar: Owners and managers can build the weekly staff roster, defining shifts, active days, and on-call schedules.
  • Task Dispatch: Tasks (like stayover cleaning, room inspections, or maintenance tickets) are dispatched dynamically to available staff on shift.
  • SLA and Response Windows: Tasks are assigned priority tiers with target response times. If a high-priority task isn't accepted or started within its window, it escalates to the manager.

2. Procurement & AI Bid Comparator

When ordering supplies (e.g., linen, F&B inventory, toiletries):

  1. Enter your procurement request (item and quantity) in the dashboard.
  2. The procurement module contacts pre-approved suppliers in Nepal and collects bids.
  3. AI Bid Comparator: The AI automatically analyzes incoming bids and generates a comparison sheet, highlighting the best price, quickest delivery, and supplier ratings.

  1. You review the comparison card and click Approve Bid to dispatch the purchase order.

3. Complaint Triage & Severity Routing

When a guest files a complaint (either via the reception desk or the Go mobile app):

  • Triage (WB7): The AI triage bee immediately categorizes the complaint, scores its severity, and analyzes its guest impact.
  • Routing:
    • Low Severity (e.g., missing towel): Routed directly to the floor housekeeper.
    • High Severity (e.g., AC not working, room leak): Dispatched to maintenance, with an alert sent to the duty manager's phone.
    • System Escalation: If a high-severity ticket remains unaddressed, the AI can suggest compensation (e.g. food discount or room upgrade) for manager approval.

4. Reputation & Review Management

StaYantra aggregates reviews from Agoda, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and Google Business:

  • AI Drafting: The review bee drafts replies to positive reviews using a warm, authentic tone, highlighting specific guest mentions.
  • Disputes: If a review contains factual errors or violates platform rules (e.g., spam or competitor abuse), the AI flags it and suggests a formal dispute draft to submit to the platform.

5. Automated Marketing Campaigns

  • Audience Segmentation: Filter guests based on stay history (e.g., corporate travelers, wedding parties, repeat Dashain festival visitors).
  • Campaign Briefs: Draft a brief promo copy for festival peaks (Dashain, Tihar, Chhath). The marketing bee will generate SMS or email copy optimized for Nepalese guest contexts.
