AI Prompt Course
Exubee is Stayantra's AI assistant. It is not one general chatbot: it is a small team of specialists — we call them bees — each with one job, such as pricing, housekeeping dispatch or marketing. You talk to Exubee, and Exubee hands your request to the right bee.
This course teaches the habits that get good answers the first time. Every example uses the Sample Hotel: owner Alex Morgan, manager Jordan Ellis, front desk Maya Chen, and rooms 101–108 (Standard), 201–207 (Deluxe) and 301–303 (Suite). Amounts are in NPR. The whole course takes about 20 minutes.
Where you talk to Exubee
On every dashboard page, a narrow tab marked EXUBEE sits on the right edge of the screen. Click it to open the Exubee Cockpit.
- Tabs across the top choose which specialists you are talking to: Pricing, Assistant, Marketing and Events. You see only the tabs your role allows. Frontline staff see only Assistant.
- Suggestions are ready-made prompts. Click one to send it.
- Ask Exubee... is where you type. The microphone button records your voice (it is typed out for you), and the paperclip attaches a document (PDF, Word, CSV, Excel, text) or up to three photos.
- Thinking Process under a reply shows what Exubee looked at. While it works you see Exubee is working: and the tool it is using.
- The buttons at the top right clear the conversation, make the panel full screen, or collapse it.

[!NOTE] Chatting with Exubee is part of the Co-Pilot add-on. Without it, Exubee still makes suggestions and you can still approve them; only the chat is closed. During the free trial every module is on.
